Golf practice can only help your game if your body can do what you ask of it on the range. Does that make sense? How often have you taken time out of your day to go to the range for golf practice only to leave more frustrated than when you did when you first got there?
Now come on…be honest! Every amateur golfer has experienced this more times than we can count.
Why is this?
Because our body can’t perform a mechanically sound swing when it is physically weak and tight. Picture the last time you hit a bucket of balls. Out of the whole bucket, how many swings really felt good, and the ball did what you wanted it to do?
I’ll bet you can count them on less than one hand. Or maybe I’m being harsh, and you can count them on less than 2 hands.
Either way, this is a common occurrence during a golf practice session.
Don’t get me wrong…golf practice is critical in improving your golf swing and overall game…but you first need to work on the “machine”, to be able to make the most out of your time during your golf practice.
Let’s look at the positive side!
You take my advice and start improving your golf specific strength and flexibility. It doesn’t take 2 hours a day in a gym to accomplish this. All of my programs, dvds and books incorporate affordable equipment that can be done in your home or even office.
The result?
The next time you plan a golf practice…it goes fantastic! You’re hitting more balls the way you want to. You’re enjoying your golf practice not getting frustrated. You even buy a new range card because you’re on a new high from such an awesome golf practice session.
That’s called Total Golf Performance!
You’ll soon be dominating your foursome and they’ll all want to know your “secret”.
Take this approach to your golf improvement and get a maximum return from your golf practice.

Online Slot Machines – Get Ready For Real Fun And Excitement
by: David Olsen
You’ve been visiting many of the gaming sites online, but you haven’t ventured into playing. You’re still a bit uncertain about the whole deal. Playing slot games at a brick and mortar casino is something you love, yet you are skeptical of online slot machines.
Does anyone really win? Are online slot machines fixed? What type of slot games are available?
Get ready to rev up for some fun. We’re going to answer your questions about online slot machines and give you the info you need to have confidence to play slot machines online.
Millions of people daily play slot machines online. It’s fun, safe, and sometimes can be very profitable as long as you choose a reputable source for online slot machines.
Online slot machines offer several types of games. Whether you win or lose is determined the same way as in a live casino. The pictures that line up on the pay line determines whether you lose or win. There are variations of the game with multiple pay lines. The most common variations are anywhere from 1 to 9 lines available as the pay line/lines in online slot games.
Other variations are by the number of wheels or lines that show up on the game. Commonly there’s either 3 or 5 wheels meaning you’ll either be attempting to match 3 or 5 images in each line. Match the images in the payout line means you win. There are also single images that designate you a winner.
As you contemplate whether to play slot machines online, you should be aware that the machines in a live casino are run by computer software just as those online. The software can be programmed to set the machine’s odds of hitting the jackpot. So relax and know that basically the same systems are in use online as off.
The odds are programmed basically the same. You’ll probably hear the phrases “loose” and “tight”. These phrases refer to how often payout occurs. The configuration of the software determines whether a game you’re playing is loose or tight.
Online just as off, there’s legalities the online gaming community must follow. Percentages as well as other important disclosures to the online playing public must be disclosed. Whatever online slot machines site you choose be sure to investigate the About Us page and determine what organizations have granted them membership.
Get ready to beat the odds and have some fun with the online slot machines.

Top 2 Ways To Buy A Pool Table
by: Ryan Tenney
Possibly the most misunderstood part of pool table buying is how to really go about getting the best deal you possibly can. Heck, I sure didn’t really know how to go about it. And boy, did I want a pool table. Playing pool is great fun and I’ve spent many hours at the local bar..uh, I mean pool hall sharpening my skills. I decided that I had to have a pool table for myself. However, after buying a pool table, it becomes pretty clear that there is a right way to go about it and wrong way.
1) Ebay.
Ebay is your friend. But not for the reasons you might think. Everything in the world is for sale on Ebay. And guess what, that’s great for market research. Look at how much pools are selling for. Watch the pool table sales for a week or so. This will be a great way to get a feel for what they sell for and the different types of pool tables available in the marketplace. And, after you’ve watched a whole bunch of sales happen, you might want to start bidding on pool tables for yourself. In full disclosure, I haven’t personally bought a pool table from Ebay. Therefore, I’m not sure what sort of shipping and handling charges would be charged for a pool table. Cross country shipping could conceivably get pricey. However, it is a great research tool for everything you could imagine.
2)Buying a used pool table.
Now, this is THE best way to buy a pool table- if you can do it the right way. Why pay for a brand new pool table when you could buy one that’s almost as good but just has had a prior owner. However, as is the deal with all used equipment (of any kind): buyer beware. There is a right way to buy a used pool table. If the deal looks too good to be true, it just might be. If I’m selling a pool table for 50% off retail and it looks brand new, it might have come into the owner’s possession under dubious circumstances or it might have a defect that isn’t patently obvious to the inspector. Make sure you know all about used pool table buying or all research will have been in vain.

Before You Buy That Self Defense Product
by: Rob Goyette
Self-defense products are gaining in popularity because they are effective against attacks, and they don’t take as much time to learn. Martial arts or other self-defense courses are great to learn, but for many people, they take too much time to learn, and can be expensive. Besides, you are not always going to have the opportunity to use your self-defense skills so you might need other ways to defend yourself. Self-defense products are one way to go.
But, before you go out and purchase a self-defense mechanism, you should consider some of the following points:
• Find out which one is best for you – Not much sense carrying around throwing stars or a set of SAP gloves if you aren’t trained in martial arts or how to throw a good punch. Learn what product is going to be right for you.
• Learn to use the self-defense product properly – Having a self-defense product and not knowing how to use it can injure you as easily as it can hurt your assailant. Once you have chosen a self-defense product, ask for proper instructions on how to use it, or take a course in using the products properly. You aren’t helping the cause if you hurt yourself before your defend yourself.
• Make sure you are legally able to carry this item – You don’t want the embarrassment of being harassed by local law enforcement, then take the time to see if you are allowed to carry the self-defense product your have chosen. Some may need permits or other permission before you can carry them around in public.
• Don’t carry more than you need – If pepper spray is going to give you the jump you need to parry away an assailant, then there is really no need to carry air guns, slingshots or a taser. When the moment comes for you to use the self-defense product, you don’t want to have to fumble around to choose which one to use.
Self defense products can get you out of a sticky situation – there is no doubt about that. But, unless you know what you need, how to use that product, and if it is legal, you may be getting more than you’ve bargained for. You can actually do yourself more harm that good by not knowing what self-defense products are right for you.
Do your homework before you invest time and money into self-defense products. They can save your life, your money and provide you with peace of mind.

Golf Tips: The Simple Secret To Solving The Slice
by: Ally Canaway
The slice is a shot which usually starts off slightly to the left, then swerves to the right in the air. The slice is a common fault that occurs in many beginners game and has to be one of the most frustrating things that can happen to a golfer. In most cases, the slice is uncontrollable and is destructive more often than not resulting in the ball being sent deep into the rough. It is also far more common than the hook which occurs when the ball does the opposite through the air.
Ways to cure the slice:
Firstly, make sure your body alignment is correct, your shoulders, chest hips and feet should all be parallel to each other as well as parallel to the ball to pin line. If your body is not aligned correctly and is aiming too far to the left, the upper body can not and does not rotate properly. This leads to an ‘out to in’ swing which means that the club will not be hitting through the ball but instead will be moving from outside the ball to inside the ball as the impact takes place. The consequence of this is side spin being generated on the ball and the dreaded uncontrollable slice follows.
Even if your alignment, swing and grip are perfect, the positioning of the ball in the stance can make a good straight shot into a shot that slices wildly out of play. This occurs when the ball is placed too far forward in the stance.
Once again the slicing of the ball occurs because the club face is no longer square on at impact with the ball. This is because the club face has come past square and is moving in from the ball to pin line, this again generates side spin resulting in the ball slicing again.
Ideal ball placement is different for every club, but this is a rough guide:
For woods and long irons, the ball should be placed inline with the inside of your left heel (opposite for left hand players), for short irons place the ball in the centre of the stance, for medium irons the ball should be placed between two positions mentioned above.
Posture should be checked as weight distribution can also have an affect. Having your weight too far forward can encourage the slice so be wary of your weight distribution.
If all else fails, try strengthening your grip. Do this by moving your hands slightly clockwise around the club, then adjust your grip so you’re holding it more in your fingers and lighten the pressure, this should help reduce the affect of the slicing.
Happy golfing!

How to Book a Fly Fishing Trip in 3 Easy Steps
by: Linda Harrison
Did you know that fly fishing is one of the most relaxing sports around? Casting a line into a calm stream can be said to be one of life’s greatest pleasures. Fly fisherman can seem a bit fanatic in their quest for the perfect river and the perfect spot to spend the day looking for a good catch. I’ve done a little research into the world of fly fishing vacations and have come up with the three tips that can turn your next fly fishing trip into an experience to remember.
1)Consider lesser known fly fishing spots. Did you know that there is absolutely incredible fly fishing available in a lot of states that wouldn’t seem obvious at first glance? There sure is. One such spot is Montana. True pros know that Montana has a ton of incredible fly fishing spots and that you only really need to find one to make your vacation incredible. During the summer, Montana and Wyoming can become very crowded with tourists looking to visit the stunning national parks. However, these 1 week tourists might not be overly interested in visiting the secluded lakes and streams that you might love to fish in Montana.
2)Compare online deals. Orbitz and Expedia can offer some really good deals on package vacations. However, sometimes it’s best to check out discount airlines for really good deals. Southwest and JetBlue have become extremely popular airline options and they cover a good part of the US now. Booking separate hotel and (a discount) airfare might be a great option if you want to save some bucks. You should spend your money on fly fishing gear, not overpriced transportation and accommodation.
3)Canada. This is the most important tip (and overlooked destination) of all. There is nothing quite as good as saving some money during the exchange rate process. Canada is just over the border and has an absolute bounty of natural resources. Lakes, ponds, and streams team with fish. This country is a fly fisherman’s dream come true. There are tons of places that will gladly book you in for a fly fishing vacation.

Go Karts - Exciting At Any Age!
by: Sally Johnson
Are you ready to discover a thrilling recreational activity? Racing or off road go karts could be the ultimate in excitement!
The thrill of skidding sharply around a blind corner in your go kart is an experience that is hard to surpass. Racing down the track in one of your speedy go karts, maneuvering around curves and slower gokart drivers, is fun at its best. Pressing down hard on the accelerator as you pass by slower drivers is about as adrenaline-pumping as it gets. And with gokarting for every level anyone can experience the fun and heart-pounding excitement of go karting.
The smell of the dirt track and the distinct aroma of the gas and oil burning in the gocart engine is enough to excite any enthusiast, even when watching from the stands. If you have ever watched an Indy Car or Formula One race in person or on TV you know how exciting it can be. But imagine climbing into one of those off road or racing gokarts yourself. Starting out slow, taking out to the track, the anticipation is almost unbearable. But then, once on the track, you press the accelerator on your go cart to the floor, feeling an immediate thrust forward, and your adrenaline pumping just as fast. What a thrill. Go karts cannot be beat.
Go karts are how you can experience the thrill of Formula One racing without the danger. At least with the beginner go karts. And you can find those just about anywhere, at family amusement parks, fun centers and other recreational areas where you live. And if you are really serious, it is a good way to get started toward a career in professional racing. Once you master driving go karts it is time to take the next step into the arena of professional racing. But if you are not quite so brave remaining in a go kart can still be exciting.
Go karts are geared toward beginners in either off road or paved track racing. Beginner go karts are easy to drive and control. And if you do lose control there are usually not serious consequences to deal with afterward. No, it is just plain fun racing go karts. Go karting is a simplified version of Indy Car or Formula One racing. But like anything else there are different levels that you can become involved in.
From total beginners to professional go kart racing. From the least experienced drivers to ones that are training to become professional drivers. You can choose your own competition. No need to get involved over your head. The main objective is to have fun. And once you get into your own go kart, no matter what level you are competing in, the fun just never ends.
Once you get addicted to go karting there is no limit as to what you can do. You can purchase a brand new gokart ready for racing, or you can buy inexpensive kits and build your own go carts. Installing rack and pinion steering to changing tires will become easy over time. Or how about the installation of a brand new engine designed for improving the speed of go karts? Maybe you will be after a brand new frame that will be the envy of all around. Perhaps you will want to get into electric gokarts instead of gas powered go karts. The way gas prices are climbing these days that might be a good idea.
But the bottom line is this: speed is where the excitement comes in. And these go karts can reach speeds up to 90 MPH or more. That is fast. But once again, there is no need to start getting nervous just yet. There are opportunities for thrills at every level. You do not need to go 80 MPH to experience a thrilling ride. So if you have ever thought about getting involved with go karts it is never too late and you are never too old. Go out and experience the thrill of go karting now.
